Lawfare Watch<\/strong> is an independent global watchdog dedicated to exposing and confronting the weaponisation of law \u2014 commonly known as lawfare<\/em> \u2014 where judicial systems are misused to silence, punish, or eliminate individuals for political, economic, or personal reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We monitor and document cases of judicial abuse, politically motivated prosecutions, and violations of due process across the world. Our work focuses on defending the rule of law, protecting fundamental rights, and ensuring that justice systems serve truth and fairness \u2014 not power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lawfare Watch brings together legal experts, researchers, journalists, human rights advocates, and civil society actors committed to transparency, accountability, and judicial integrity. We work across borders, using evidence-based research, public reporting, and advocacy to expose injustice and mobilise change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
